Cant say a negative thing about it. Its very high quality, well made etc. The only sort of negative for me personally, is that it seems like more of a multitool to have in your car than at home (due to seatbelt cutter, big scissor and in general somewhat limited on various tools..). But its a great multitool none the less – I can recommend it. Especially the scissor is unique/great!
