The size of 20-28 liters is suitable for a backpack 20l fully stuffed, i think more will get hard.
Behind there is an elastic band with a carabiner, so that the cover does not fly off the backpack.

The product is as in the description, i just feel like it’s very thin and i don’t know how long it lasts.
I ‘ve tested it by squirting water and it works fine, i don’t know if in rain i stand the same.
The only drawback is that the back of the backpack if wet which is obvious as in that part the raincoat doesn’t cover but i think the product does its job well.
I liked it and i feel satisfied.
